  Ordered a couple burgers and some chicken strips, asked for cheese on the papa burger, ketchup and honey mustard sauce. At the window we paid and were asked to go park in front of the store. The guy beside us was obviously waiting for his food too and ended up driving back to the window, talking and then leaving before getting his food.
  
  When it finally came out they were missing a drink. So my wife asked for the drink, they went back in while we looked at the order and realized no condiments either. My wife ended up walking in to get the condiments and we started eating. My papa burger with cheese was 3 patties with nothing but mayonnaise and pickles, no cheese. It was gross. The wife didn't like her burger either but we didnt get into specifics about why it was likely terrible as well.

  Food and pricing are the same as the rest of the chain, but staff are often strangely suspicious of valid A&W coupons. Discounts are offered by corporate to increase business, but they treat you as though you're trying to rip them off. Uncomfortable.
